Tom Naylor the founder and CEO of Build Doctors, where craftsmanship meets care. With over two decades of experience in construction and remodeling, I’ve made it my mission to change how homeowners experience the remodeling process. Every project should feel less like chaos and more like collaboration, built on clear communication, respect, and inspired design.
Growing up working alongside my superintendent father, I learned that true craftsmanship is about more than skill—it’s about pride, integrity, and relationships. Those early lessons shaped how I approach every project today: listening intently, designing thoughtfully, and crafting intentionally.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked hands-on in every aspect of the trades, from framing and finish work to design coordination and project management. Holding my general contractor’s license for over 15 years, I’ve led hundreds of remodels that not only improve spaces but renew the way families live within them.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, and gathering inspiration from nature and architecture alike to ensure every home we remodel tells a story. My greatest reward is helping homeowners—especially those ready to rediscover the beauty and comfort of their homes—bring that story to life.
