Where Craftsmanship Meets Care
Meet Tom Naylor
“Every project should feel less like chaos and more like collaboration, built on clear communication, respect, and inspired design.”
Growing up working alongside his superintendent father, Tom learned that true craftsmanship is about more than skill. It’s about pride, integrity, and relationships. Those early lessons shaped how every project is approached today: listening intently, designing thoughtfully, and crafting intentionally.
For more than 20 years he has worked hands-on in every aspect of the trades, from framing and finish work to design coordination and project management, leading remodels that don’t just improve spaces but renew the way families live in them.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tom with his family, gathering inspiration from nature and architecture alike so every home tells a story.
