TOM NAYLOR, CEO BUILD DOCTORS
Tom Naylor grew up in a construction environment apprenticing with his father on commercial construction jobs as well as at home learning the trades doing new build/remodel work on the family homes. He has 20+ years as a craftsman, 15+ years as a licensed general contractor with knowledge and ability to perform all trades.
Tom inspiration is to personally "own" every job, by managing all responsibilities he can make sure that it is done right. He would rather create than fix.
Eye for aesthetic appeal, Creative design ideas, listens and collaborates, keeps current with new products, uses technology to streamline the construction process and make it accessible to clients to keep them informed. Has expertise in wood, metal, glass, concrete fabrication. Pride in attention to detail; Clients report his professional manner in communication and personal interactions.
